摘要
孙大雨是新月派重要诗人,在英诗中译和中诗英译中都取得了很大的成就。在中国唐诗英译中,孙大雨先生以保留中国文化意象为主,主要采用音译、直译、意译等方法翻译中国诗歌中的民俗文化词汇。通过分析四首孙译唐诗发现,孙大雨先生译诗手法灵活多变,较好地保留了唐诗中的文化元素,为中国文化与西方文化平等地对话与交流做出了贡献。
Sun Dayu,an important poet of Crescent School,has made great achievements in both E-C poetry translation and C-E poetry translation.In C-E translation of Tang poems,Mr.Sun Dayu takes the translation strategy of retaining the Chinese cultural images and adopts transliteration,literal translation and free translation to translate the folk culure words in the poems.After analyzing the four poems translated by Mr.Sun,the author of this papers finds that Sun Dayu＇s translation skills is flexible and dextrous,well preserving Chinese cultural elements in his translation,which has made contribution to the equal dialogue between Chinese culture and west culture.
