摘要
针对高职教育发展的需要,不断推进实践教学改革,实践"实习就业一体化"的顶岗实习模式,把一体化实习基地建设成学校与企业实施"合作办学、合作育人、合作就业、合作发展"的平台,通过加强实习的管理和考核,加强学生就业,培养出符合社会和企业需要的高端技能型专门人才。
According to the needs of the development of higher vocational education, practical teaching reform needs to be constantly improved. Post intenship mode of integration of ＂practice and employmentis should be carried out, so that integrative practice base can be turned into a platform of school-enterprise cooperative running, cooperative education, cooperative employ- ment and cooperative development. Management and evaluation of practice, as well as students employment education, should be strengthened, so that top talents for the needs of society and enterprises can be trained.
