摘要 聚焦幼儿教师的专业自主发展,从后现代专业主义、建构主义及人本主义哲学理论观点出发,基于儿童、教师、教育及社会发展的要求,对幼儿教师专业自主发展问题进行理论思考与价值审视。 This article focused on preschool teachers'professional development, from the post modem professional- ism, constructivism and humanism philosophy theory point of view, based on the children, teachers, education and the requirements of social development, to research on theoretical basis and the value of preschool teachers profes- sional autonomy development.
