摘要
为了使食品营养与卫生课程具有针对性和实效性,改革了课程教学内容与教学方式,使内容紧贴生产生活及校园食品安全实际,实施基于个性化分组的实战性教学,达到了课程教学服务于高职校园食品安全治理的目的,培养了具有食品营养与卫生知识和技能的特色人才,提升了校园食品安全治理水平。
In order to make the food nutrition and health curriculum has pointedly, reform the teaching content and teaching method, the content and campus life to produce food safety practice, based on the implementation of the personalized group practical teaching, to the course teaching in higher vocational service campus food safety management purpose, cultivate the food nutrition and health with knowledge and skills of the characteristic talents, improve the campus food safety level of management.
