微波消解-铬天青S分光光度法测定海带中铝的测定方法的研究 被引量:2

摘要 [目的]建立海带中铝的铬天青S作为显色剂分光光度法测定方法。[方法]样品经微波消解,铬天青S作显色剂,在波长620nm下比色测定海带中铝的吸光度。并比较了湿法消解和微波消解结果的差异。[结果]微波消解铬天青法测定海带中的铝有明显优势。铝含量在0.2~10.0μg/50ml呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r=0.999 8。微波消解样品的回收率为94.86%~105.43%,湿法消解样品的回收率为82.86%~90.00%。[结论]微波消解法操作简便、减少了强酸给人体带来的损害,且重现性好、灵敏度高、回收率高,能满足食品中铝的测定。 [Objective]To establish a method of microwave digestion-chromazurine spectrophotometer for determining of aluminum in Laminaria Japonica Aresch. [Methods]Samples were digested by microwave and determined the absorption of aluminum under 620 nm. Further more, comparison was made on the data of wet digestion between microwave digestion. [Results]The microwave digestion method had obvious advantage. The content of aluminum between 0.2-10.0μg/50 ml was in good linear range, and correlation coefficient was 0. 9998. Recovery range of microwave digestion and wet diges- tion was 94.86-105.43 % and 82.86-90.00 % ,respectively. [Conclusion]This method is easy to operate,with less harm to humans, good repeatability, high sensitivity, high recovery, which can be used to determine aluminum in food.
