摘要
目的:探讨bax/bcl-2基因在益母草作用后的光老化皮肤组织中的表达特点,研究益母草在修复皮肤光老化中的可能作用。方法:用长波紫外线和中波紫外线联合照射小鼠背部皮肤,建立皮肤光老化的实验动物模型。于紫外线光照后的间歇,在紫外线照射区域的皮肤上外涂益母草赋形剂。采用免疫组化法检测凋亡相关基因Bax和Bcl-2的蛋白表达。结果:紫外线照射后,Bax表达上调,Bcl-2表达下调,促进细胞凋亡;益母草干预后,这一趋势有所缓解。结论:益母草可能通过调控Bax/Bcl-2蛋白的表达来减少细胞凋亡。
Objective : To investigate the expression trait of Bax/Bcl-2 in the skin photoaging which interfered by LHS.And the repair and protection of LHS effectd to skin photoaging. Methods :. To take high doses of UVB and UVA radiation a short-term joint approach to establish the model. The zone of the model skin was smeared with the excipient LSH in the intermission which ultraviolet radiated every day. Protein expression of apoptosis-related gene Bax and Bcl-2 was detected by immunohistochemical method. Result: Bax expression increased and Bel-2 expression decreased in rat skin after UVA and UVB irradiation. So that it promotes apoptosis of cells injured by ultraviolet. This trend is eatabatic after LHS interfered. Conclusions : Possibility, LHS can regulate the expression of Bax and Bcl-2 to decrease the apoptosis of cells.
