摘要
目的观察蠕形螨体外自然死亡过程的变化,以确定虫体死亡的标准。方法采用挤压刮试法获取活螨虫,观察、记录蠕形螨活动、形态结构、内容物、颜色等的连续变化。结果活螨虫离体5h~6h,其运动由活泼到不活泼再到静止不动,而虫体内部的主要变化是颜色从暗到明以及内部肠管的显示,尤其是自始至终存在的黄色区域的变化更具代表性,末期虫体皱缩,外壳裂解。结论蠕形螨离体5h后死亡或接近死亡,离体6h虫体完全死亡,标志为活动消失,虫体皱缩或裂解,足干枯,虫体内容物减少,整体呈半透明状。
Objective To confirm the standards for mite death by exploring variations in the natural death process of Demodex in vitro.Methods Mites were collected by scratching and squeezing.Successive changes in mite mobility,shape,content,and color were observed and recorded.Results After 5-6 hours in vitro,living mites were active,then inactive,and finally static.The insides of mites changed color from dark to bright;the enteric canal that was apparent disappeared,and a yellow region that was present the entire time was particularly characteristic.In the end,the mites shrank and their shells cracked.Conclusion Demodex died or nearly died after 5 hours in vitro.The mites died completely after 6 hours in vitro.The mites did not move,their bodies shrank or cracked,their limbs withered,their content decreased,and their entire bodies appeared translucent.
