摘要
随着信息社会的到来,哲学的发展进入了一个新的研究领域,并引起了学界的广泛关注。文章从信息的转向切入,简要回顾了信息哲学的兴起与发展,对信息哲学的定义、内容研究纲领以及国内外信息哲学的研究现状进行了归纳和总结,说明信息哲学应该成为21世纪哲学研究的一个新范式。
The development of philosophy has entered a new research field with the coming of information society;this has brought about academic widespread attention.This paper introduces the present situation of researches on philosophy of information both at home and abroad briefly,including the emergence,the development status,the definition and principles of the philosophy of information and puts forward the view that philosophy of information should become a new paradigm of philosophy in the 21st century.
