摘要
目的探讨腓骨长肌腱的高频超声检查方法和临床应用价值。方法对60名健康成年人(共120只足)足及踝部腓骨长肌腱,应用8种腓骨长肌腱全程检查方法进行超声检查,同时测量外踝水平腓骨长肌腱横截面积。结果获得腓骨长肌腱各个切面的超声声像图。27名男性健康成年人(54只足)外踝水平腓骨长肌腱横截面积为(11.14±1.67)mm2,高于33名女性健康成年人(66只足)的(9.72±1.71)mm2,且差异有统计学意义(t=2.63,P<0.05);60只左足外踝水平腓骨长肌腱横截面积为(10.42±1.85)mm2,与60只右足的(10.30±1.83)mm2比较差异无统计学意义(t=0.22,P>0.05);21名体力劳动者或运动爱好者(42只足)外踝水平腓骨长肌腱横截面积为(11.83±1.80)mm2,高于39名非体力劳动者或非运动爱好者(78只足)的(9.57±1.27)mm2,且差异有统计学意义(t=4.63,P<0.05)。结论高频超声是检查足及踝部腓骨长肌腱的理想方法。
Objective To discuss the high frequency ultrasound scan method and sonographic features of fibularis long tendon. Methods A total of 120 ankles and feet fibularis longus tendons of normal adults were detected by diagnostic ultrasound equipments and eight methods were used to determinate the cross-sectional area ( CSA) of lateal malleolus level fibularis longus tendon ( LMLFLT) . Results A detailed description of each section of the fibularis long tendon ultrasonography. The CSA of LMLFLT were ( 11. 4 ± 1. 67) mm 2 and ( 9. 72 ± 1. 71) mm 2 for male subjects ( 27 subjects,54 feet) and female( 33 subjects,66 feet) . The difference was statistically significant( t = 2. 63,P 0. 05) . The CSA of LMLFLT of manual workers or sports enthusiasts( 21 subjects,42 feet) was( 11. 8 ± 1. 80) mm 2 . The CSA of LMLFLT of left feet( 60 feet) and right feet( 60 feet) were ( 10. 42 ± 1. 85) mm 2 and( 10. 30 ± 1. 83) mm 2 . The difference had no statistical significance ( t = 0. 02,P 0. 05 ) . The CSA of LMLFLT of non-manual workers or sports enthusiasts( 39 subjects,78 feet) was( 9. 57 ± 1. 27) mm 2 . The difference was statistically significant( t = 4. 63,P 0. 05) . Conclusion The high frequency ultrasound is an ideal way for checking the fibularis longus tendon.
