摘要
近年来,企业管理逐渐形成了以企业文化为主导的管理趋势。企业文化是一种亚文化,它植根于民族文化中。通过对民族文化与企业文化融合的国内外实践分析,不难看出民族文化对企业文化建设既有理论价值,又有实践价值。以民族文化为根基,进行合理的扬弃,建立符合本国民族和企业特点又具有时代风采的企业文化,以期对我国企业文化建设的实践工作产生具体的借鉴作用。
In recent years, corporate culture dominant management has gradually become a trend in enterprise management. Corporate culture is a subculture and is rooted in national culture. Analysis of practices of mixing national culture and enterprise culture at home and abroad, clearly shows the theory and practical value of national culture in constructing enterprise culture. It is important, based on national culture and reasonable adaptation, to construct a contemporary enterprise culture that fits national and enterprise features, as it wilt have implications for the construction practices of enterprise culture in our country.
