摘要
培训是提高公安机关工作人员素质与能力的有效途径之一。加强基层公安人员培训工作可从以下几方面着手:适时更新观念,进一步提高基层公安人员对培训的认识;完善培训机制,进一步提高基层公安人员培训的管理水平;以人为本,进一步提高基层公安人员培训方式的科学性。
The training is one of the effective ways of improving qualities and abilities of public security officers. To strengthen such work, we can start our training with the following： timely renewing of our concepts and improving the understanding of training of public security officers at the grass-root level; perfecting the training system and improving further the management of such training work; improving the scientificaness of the training with people orientation.
