摘要
以沸石类多孔物质 (硅铝比 30~ 70 mol比 )为基材 ,通过吸附、交换抗菌金属离子制成抗菌剂。以对苯二甲酸二甲酯 (DMT)为主要原料 ,通过加入 0 .1%~ 3%平均粒径小于等于 1μm的抗菌粉剂制备抗菌聚酯切片。切片经熔融纺丝制成纤维。结果表明 :通过添加沸石交换抗菌剂 ,不仅赋予纤维良好的抗菌性 ,而且加速了缩聚反应的进行。经高速纺长丝及棉型短纤维的纺丝实验 ,切片可纺性良好 ,织物抗菌率达 90 %以上 ,优于抗菌整理织物 ,且耐洗涤性强。
The cellular material of zeolite with SiO 2/Al 2O 3 mol ratio of 30~70 underwent adsorption and antibacterial ion exchange and yielded antibacterial agent. Ethylene terephthalate as the main feedstock, incorporated of 0 1%~3% antibacterial agent with average size not higher than 1 μm, was used to produce antibacterial polyester chip which was melt\|spun into fiber. The result shows that the zeolite antibacterial agent not only contributes fairly good antibacterial behavior to fiber but accelerates polycondensation. High\|speed spinning experiment for filament and cotton\|type staple proved that the spinnability of chips is good, the antibacterial behavior of fabrics up to 90% is superior to the fabrics subjected to antibacterial treatment and the durability to washing is splendid as well.
