摘要
实践教学对提高人力资源管理专业人才培养质量,实现地方本科院校高级应用型人才培养目标有着非常重要的作用,实践教学也是许多地方本科院校人力资源管理专业教学中的薄弱环节。人力资源管理专业实践教学改革要转变教育观念,突出实践教学地位,建立和完善实践教学体系,改革传统实践教学模式,加大实践教学基地建设力度,加强"双师型"队伍建设,建立和健全实践教学管理制度。
Practice teaching plays an important role in the improvement of the quality of hunmn resource management personnels and in the cuhivation of senior application talents in local colleges and universities. It is also the weak link in the teaching work. We should reform educational concept, put practical teaching into the prominent position, change traditional practical teaching modes, make efforts in the constructions of practical teaching bases and double - role teachers, establish and perfect practical teaching and management systems.
