摘要
本文基于中国高技术产业的面板数据,采用格兰杰因果检验、面板协整、面板误差修正模型全面分析了高技术产业创新投入与产出之间的关系。研究结果表明,高技术产业创新投入产出互动关系鲜明;高技术产业自主创新绩效显著,引进技术消化吸收良好;企业技术创新投入之间替代效应明显;科技成果转化水平不高,技术市场不够发达;技术改造投入较大,但总体绩效较低。
Based on the panel data of Chinese high-tech industry,using the Granger causality test,panel co-inte- gration and panel error correction model, this paper made a comprehensive analysis of the relationship between the high-tech industrial innovation inputs and outputs. The results showed that the interactive relationship of high- tech industry innovation inputs and outputs is distinct;the high-tech industry innovation has a significant perform- ance and a good digestion and absorption of the introduced technology;the substitution effect between enterprise technology innovation inputs is obvious ;the scientific and technological achievement conversion level isn't high e- nough and the technology market isn't well developed ;the technical transformation inputs is larger but the overall performance is lower.
