盲肠结扎穿刺法大鼠脓毒症模型的复制 被引量:6

摘要 目的通过脓毒症动物模型的复制为脓毒症的防治提供新的靶点和新的视野,也为脓毒症的进一步研究提供应用基础。方法将18只Wistar大鼠分为对照组、术后2、6、12、24、48h组,每组3只。采用盲肠结扎穿刺法复制Wistar大鼠脓毒症模型。结果对大鼠活动习性、外表和解剖、病理切片的观察,接受盲肠结扎穿刺(CLP)术后的大鼠精神状态、生活习性发生改变。术后24h多脏器组织呈炎症改变,血液和腹腔积液细菌培养均阳性;术后2、6、12、24、48h血浆中内毒素水平均显著高于对照组。结论采用盲肠结扎穿刺法复制了大鼠脓毒症模型,证实大鼠脓毒症模型复制成功。 Objective Through the construction of the sepsis animal model, it provides a new target and a new vision for the prevention and treatment of sepsis and the application basis for further study of sepsis. Methods The present study construct rat model of sepsis of Wistar rats by cecal ligation and puncture (CLP). Results The habits and activity of the animal after CLP changed. 24h after CLP, many organs and tissues showed inflammatory and bacterial culture of blood and seroperitoneum were positive. The endotoxin of CLP treated was higher than that of the control group. Conclusion It is successful to construct rat sepsis model with cecal ligation and puncture.
