摘要
[目的]研究干旱胁迫下油菜幼苗生理生化指标的变化,为作物耐旱机制与油菜抗旱品种的选育提供理论依据和实践参考。[方法]采用Hoagland营养液水培方法,以不同浓度PEG6000处理油菜幼苗,研究了模拟干旱胁迫对油菜幼苗过氧化氢酶活性、脯氨酸含量、丙二醛含量、叶绿素含量、可溶性糖含量和可溶性蛋白含量的变化规律。[结果]随着PEG6000处理浓度的增加,油菜幼苗叶片中的过氧化氢酶活性增强,可溶性糖含量、脯氨酸含量和丙二醛含量总体呈上升趋势,叶绿素含量和可溶性蛋白含量先逐渐增加后逐渐降低。[结论]过氧化氢酶活性、脯氨酸含量、丙二醛含量、叶绿素含量、可溶性糖含量和可溶性蛋白含量可以作为鉴定油菜抗旱性的生理指标。
[Objective]In order to lay the foundation for crop drought tolerance mechanism and drought resistance breeding of rape,physiological and biochemical indexes of rape seedlings under drought stress were studied.[Method] Hoagland solution culture method was applied to investigate the dynamic of several physical and biochemical indexes,such as CAT activity,proline content,MDA,chlorophyll content,soluble sugar content and soluble protein content in the leaves of rape seedings,under drought stress simulated by different concetration of PEG6000.[Result]With the increase of PEG6000 concentration,CAT activity,the soluble sugar content,the proline content and MDA content basically increased gradually.The chlorophyll content and the soluble protein content increased firstly,then slowly decreased.[Conclusion]The physiological and biochemical indexes were taken as the physiology index of rape resistance to drought stress.
