摘要
[目的]探讨超声波辅助提取法提取海燕多糖的最佳工艺条件。[方法]在单因素试验的基础下,以提取温度、提取时间、料液比进行正交试验。[结果]影响超声波辅助提取法对海燕多糖提取率的首要因素为料液比,其次是提取时间。超声波辅助提取法提取海燕多糖最佳的工艺条件为料液比1∶20、提取时间为30 min、提取温度为40℃。[结论]该研究为海燕多糖的开发和进一步利用提供了理论依据。
[Objective] To explore the optimal ultrasonic assisted extraction conditions of polysaccharide from A.pectinifera.[Method] Based on a single factor test,an orthogonal experiment was carried out with the three factors of extraction temperature,extraction time and solid-liquid ratio.[Result] The extraction was mainly influenced by the solid-liquid ratio,and then extraction time.The best extraction conditions were 1∶20 of solid-liquid ratio,30 min of extraction time and 40 ℃ of extraction temperature.[Conclusion] The result provides theoretical basis for the further development and utilization of polysaccharide from A.pectinifera.
