摘要
运用实验对比法和数理统计法等研究方法,对济南市听障儿童持续接受半年以上舞蹈教学训练前后进行比较研究。选取济南市特殊教育中心三年级听障学生,共27人,其中男生16人,女生11人,平均年龄8.5岁。受试者每周进行4次专门的舞蹈教学训练,共训练6个月,在训练前后各进行一次实验指标测试,测试指标主要有仰卧起坐、肺活量、立定跳远、坐位体前屈、前庭功能稳定性等指标。结果显示:舞蹈教学训练可以使听障儿童改善体形、提高柔韧等身体素质、提高心肺功能。
Using the methods of experimental comparison and mathematical statistics, this research compared the children with hearing impairment in Jinan who accept dance teaching for more than six months before and after training. The research subjects were selected from the third grade students with hearing impairment in Special Education Center of Jinan, a total of 27 people, including 16 boys and 11 females with mean age of 8.5 years. Subjects of the research received a special dance teaching four times a week in 6 months. Five indicators before and after each training were recorded, including sit - ups, vital capacity, standing long jump, sit and reach and vestibular stability and so on. The results showed that dance training can help the heating - impaired children to improve their body shape and flexibility, as well as heart and lung function.
