摘要
目的探讨普卢利沙星片治疗呼吸系统急性感染的有效性和安全性。方法选取2010年1月至2011年12月我院收治的呼吸系统急性感染患者共120例,随机分为实验组和对照组,其中实验组采用普卢利沙星治疗,对照组采用左氧氟沙星治疗。结果实验组与对照组的总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(93.33%VS 90.00%,P>0.05);两组的细菌清除率比较,差异无统计学意义(93.48%VS 91.11%,P>0.05);实验组患者发生不良反应2例(3.33%),对照组患者发生不良反应3例(5.00%),两者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论普卢利沙星的有效性及安全性与左氧氟沙星相比无明显的差异,普卢利沙星是一种疗效确切且安全的抗菌药物。
Objective Learn the effectiveness and safety of prulifloxacin on acute infection of respiratory system. Methods 120 patients of acute infection from Jan 2010 to Dec 2011 divided into 2 groups. The experiment group used prulifloxacin while the control group used levofloxacin. Results The diverse of total effect of two groups had no significance （93.33% VS 90.00%, P〉0.05）. The diverse of bacterial clearance of two groups had no significance （93.48% VS 91.11%, P〉0.05）. The diverse of untoward reaction of two groups had no significance （3.33% VS 5.00%, P〉0.05）. Conclusion Prulifloxacin is a effective and safe antibacterial, which has no obvious different with levofloxacin.
