摘要
目的探讨以问题为基础学习(problem-based learning,PBL)教学法对消化内科实习生临床工作能力培养的效果。方法将我院消化科七年制实习生随机分为传统教学组和PBL教学组,分别采用传统教学法和PBL教学法,通过问卷调查和理论考试评价两组学生的临床工作能力。结果 PBL教学组学生综合素质优于传统教学组(P<0.05)。理论考试成绩显示,两组学生的名词解释及简答题成绩差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而PBL教学组学生论述题及病例分析题成绩显著高于传统教学组(P<0.05)。结论 PBL教学法有利于学生理论联系实际,有助于学生临床工作能力的培养。
Objective To investigate the effect of problem-based learning (PBL) pedagogy on improving clinical a- bility of medical trainee in digestive department. Methods The 7-year-program medical trainees were divided randomly into PBL pedagogy group and traditional pedagogy group. PBL pedagogy and traditional pedagogy were used to train the students, and their clinical abilities were evaluated by questionnaire survey and theory examination. Results The com- prehensive diathesis of PBL pedagogy group was superior to that of traditional pedagogy group ( P 〈 0.05 ). There was no significant difference of scores of SMT and short answer questions between the two groups (P 〉 0.05) , but significant difference of scores of address questions and case of illness analysis questions was existed (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion PBL pedagogy is profitable for the medical trainees to linking theory with practice, and may be contribute to train clinical ability.
