炼钢-连铸生产调度系统建模

Modeling of an Extended UML and Multi-Agent Scheduling System for Steeling-Continuous Casting Production

摘要 针对炼钢-连铸生产调度,通过扩展UML对象和消息传递机制,形式化描述每个Agent的知识,并提升其行为控制和模块通讯能力;基于多Agent分布式建模体系,构造出炼钢-连铸生产调度系统所需的各种Agent类的静态属性和方法,及各类之间的动态交互关系,完成调度表生成、信息收集及数据分析处理,实现生产的有效调度. As for the steeling-continuous casting production scheduling, the paper described the knowledge of each agent in formalization and promoted its ability of action control and module communication through extending the object and communication mechanism of UML. On the basis of the multi-agent distributed modeling structure, the static properties and methods of each agent needed by the steeling-continuous cast- ing production scheduling system, as well as the dynamic interrelationship among agents were construc- ted. The production of the production scheduling generation, information collection and data analysis were also completed to achieve the production scheduling effectively.
