摘要 采用内衬和纤维层厚度均相同,以钢内衬纯玻璃纤维缠绕筒和钢内衬玻璃-碳纤维混杂缠绕筒进行落锤冲击试验和水压试验。落锤冲击试验结果表明,纯玻璃纤维缠绕筒的抗冲击性能优于玻璃-碳纤维混杂缠绕筒。水压试验结果表明,纯玻纤筒的爆破强度低于后者,且破坏模式差异较大。碳纤维层的加入虽然降低了缠绕筒的抗冲击性能,但却提高了缠绕筒的抗压能力。在实际工程应用中,要根据不同的使用要求,选择合适的纤维材料。 Drop hammer impact test and hydrostatic test for two kinds of fibre filament-wound tubes with lining were studied, in which one was glass fibre tube and the other was glass-carbon hybrid tube, and the thickness of lining and fibre layer was same. Drop hammer impact test shows that impact resistance of glass-carbon hybrid tube is worse than that of glass fibre tube, but hydrostatic test shows that burst strength of glass-carbon hybrid tube is greater than that of glass fibre tube, and failure mode is different. It can be seen that carbon fibre layer reduces impact resistance of fibre filament-wound tube, but improves burst strength, so appropriate fibre materials should be chosen according to the different requests in the practical engineering application.
