摘要
为提高钢质薄壁筒的防腐蚀能力,将达克罗防腐技术用于钢质薄壁筒上。对达克罗防腐技术中清洗、抛丸、涂覆、固化等关键工艺进行研究。结果表明,达克罗技术在钢质薄壁筒上的应用,能够满足产品性能要求,可以替代现有电镀锌薄壁筒工艺,降低表面处理过程的污染排放。
In order to improve the corrosion resistance of steel thin-walled tube, the dacromet technology, including the key processes of cleaning, ballblast, spraying and curing was studied. The experimental results show that the application of dacromet technology in steel thin-walled tube can meet performance requirements, replace the existing electric galvanizing technology, and reduce the pollution emissions of surface treatment process.
