摘要
本文分析了高校图书馆嵌入式学科服务的提出、内涵,高校嵌入式学科服务的工作要领,包括服务对象的分层、用户需求的了解、有效营销与主动交互、灵活组织与实施、有效的服务质量评价、技术的支撑等,最后分析了嵌入教学、嵌入科研两种高校嵌入式学科服务模式。
This paper analyzes the proposal, connotation of embedded subject services in university libraries, as well as the essentials of embedded subject services in university libraries, which includes stratification of the service object, understanding the user needs, effective marketing and active interaction, flexible organization and implementation, effective service quality evaluation, technical supporting, and so on. Finally, this paper analyzes two kinds of service models that embedded in teaching and research.
