摘要
目的探讨Mina53(Myc-induced nuclear antigen 53)和CapG(capping protein)在肾细胞癌中的表达及临床意义。方法利用免疫组化SP法测定66例经HE染色病理确诊肾细胞癌(RCC)组织和30例癌旁组织中Mina53和CapG的表达,并分析其与病理分级及临床分期之间的关系。结果与RCC旁组织比较,RCC中Mina53和CapG阳性表达明显升高。Mina53和CapG在RCC组织不同的病理分级中,G3和G2明显高于G1表达;在TNM分期中,Mina53和CapG在T3、T4中的表达明显高于T1、T2。Mina53和CapG的表达与远处转移和复发有一定关系,且两者表达呈显著相关性(P<0.05)。结论 Mina53和CapG在RCC组织中的表达与临床病理分级、TNM分期、复发和转移有关,这对临床治疗和预后判断有一定的参考意义。
Objective To study the expressions of MinaS3 ( Myc-induced nuclear antigen 53 ) and CapG ( capping protein) in renal cell carcinoma(RCC) and its role in carcinogenesis and tumor progression. Methods The expressions of MinaS3 and CapG were determined in RCC (n = 66) and normalrenal tissues (n = 30) by immunohistochemistry, and the relationship between the expressions of MinaS3 and CapG with clinicopathological characteristics were analyzed. Results Comparing with normal renal tissues,expressions of MinaS3 and CapG were significantly increased in RCC. Expressions of Mina53 and CapG for pathological grades G3 and G2 were significantly higher than the G1, the difference was statistically significant in RCC; and in TNM staging, MinaS3 and CapG in T3 ,T4 expression was significantly higher than T1 ,T2. Mina53 and CapG expression had a certain relationship between distance metastasis and recurrence and showed a significant correlation with the expressions ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion MinaS3 and CapG expression in RCC tissues and clinical pathological stage, TNM grade, metastasis and recurrence were correlated ,which is the certain significance of clinical treatment and prognosis in RCC.
