摘要
子宫内膜异位症是指具有生长功能的子宫内膜组织出现在子宫腔面以外的部位而引起的病症。本病呈现动态发展过程,其发病机制迄今尚未完全阐明,且缺乏有效的根治方法。而中医药治疗本病具有相当的优势,而且远期疗效较好,毒副作用小,具有良好的应用前景。通过对子宫内膜异位症的中医病名、脏腑病位、病因病机等进行翔实梳理,以期为临床辨治本病提供重要参考。
Endometriosis means that endometrial tissues which have growth function plant outside the uterine cavity sur- face. The process of this disease shows dynamic development, and its pathogenesis has not yet been fully elucidated and lack of effective treatment. TCM treatment of Endometriosis has a considerable advantage, having better long - term effi- cacy and little toxic side effects. This article systematically analyzes TCM treatment for Endometriosis disease, zangfu lo- cation, etiology and pathogenesis and so on in order to provide an important reference for the clinical treatment.
