摘要
目的:从实验的角度分析和比较左归丸和六味地黄丸及两方共有"三补"药物组抗衰老作用机制。方法:观察左归丸、六味地黄丸及两方共有"三补"药物组对D-半乳糖(D-gal)致亚急性衰老大鼠抗氧化能力和海马区超微结构的影响。结果:亚急性衰老大鼠超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活力降低、丙二醛(MDA)含量升高、海马区脂褐素沉积增加和超微结构出现损伤性改变,左归丸、六味地黄丸及两方共有"三补"药物组干预后,大鼠SOD和GSH-PX活力表现出不同程度的升高,MDA含量降低、海马区脂褐素沉积减少和超微结构出现损伤减轻。结论:左归丸、六味地黄丸及两方共有"三补"药物组的抗衰老作用可能与提高抗氧化能力、减少脂褐素沉积和减轻脑组织损伤有关,其中"三补"的抗衰作用具有不稳定性,间接提示了配伍对于中药复方疗效稳定性的重要作用。
Objective : To analyze and compare the anti - aging function' s mechanisms of the two invigorating yin formu- las, Zuogui Pill and Liuweidihuang Pill, with different compatibilities of invigorating and reducing method and Sanbu group which is the main part of the two formulas. Methods:The effect of Zuogui Pill, Liuweidihuang Pill and Sanbu group which is the main part of the two formulas on the antioxygenation ability and uhrastructure in hippocampus of suba- cute aging rats induced by D - galactose was observed. Result : SOD and GSH - PX were cut down and MDA, lipofuscin and harming change of ultrastructure in hippocampus were stepped up in subacute aging rats resulted by D - gal. After the intervention of Zuogui Pill, Liuweidihuang Pill and Sanbu group, SOD and GSH -PX were raised in different de- grees, MDA was degraded and the deposite of lipofuscin and damage of uhrastructure in hippocampus were reduced. Conclusion : It demonstrates that the anti - aging function of Zuogui Pill, Liuweidihuang Pill and Sanbu group might be related to degrading antioxygenation ability, cutting down the deposite of lipofuscin and brain damage and compatibility has an important effect on the stability of complex prescription of Chinese medicine indirectly.
