摘要
为了提高起落架的装配准确度,保证起落架的装配性能,以正在研发的大型民机主起落架为原型,对起落架容差的改进设计进行了研究。以传统容差设计为基础,建立了容差分析的数学模型,运用尺寸链分析方法进行理论分析;同时基于3DCS软件,建立了容差分析的仿真模型,并对起落架进行了容差仿真分析。通过理论分析与仿真分析的结果对比,改进了容差设计。基于传统设计方法的容差设计结果通常情况下并不是最优解,可通过3DCS软件仿真分析对传统容差设计结果进行改进设计。
In order to improve the assembly precision and ensure the assembly performance of the landing gear,the improved design for tolerance of the landing gear is studied with a large type aircraft under developing being as a model.Based on the traditional tolerance a mathematical model is established for the tolerance analysis and it was analyzed theoretically with the dimension chain.The virtual model was established at the same time and tolerance simulation was analyzed based on 3DCS.Through the contrast between theoretical analysis and simulation results,the tolerance design was improved.Generally,the tolerance design results based on the traditional methods are not the optimum,which can be improved in 3DCS.
