摘要
针对大排量乳化液泵曲轴的工况与结构特点,确认其工作状况为低速重载,提出曲轴制造质量与材质、机械加工、热处理和强化等密切相关。基于产品开发研制阶段的单件生产方式,给出了为保证曲轴的加工质量的毛坯、机械加工、热处理和强化等工艺方法方法:为了满足低速重载的工作负荷需要,其毛坯最佳的制造方法为分步胎模锻;为了确保曲轴结构特点和加工精度的要求,在通用机床上应配备一定的简单的专用工装和量具;为了提高其综合机械性能和使用寿命、降低制造成本,采用粗加工后调质、精工后氮化、抛光工艺。
Aimed at the work condition and structural characteristics of a large displacement emulsion pump's crankshaft,high load with low speed working condition was determined,and the quality of a crankshaft is related with material,machining,heat treatment,reinforcement and so on.Based on single mode production during the research and development phase,the processes of the roughcast,machining and heat treatment for guaranteeing the machining quality of the crankshaft were described:The roughcast was forged by a forging die in order to suffice a low rotational speed and high load requirement.The crankshaft was manufactured by a universal machine tool equipped with special clamps and measuring tools in order to guarantee the precision of the crankshaft after processing.Tempering after rough casting,nitrogen treatment and polishing after finish machining were selected in order to improve mechanical property,application life and reduce cost.
