摘要
在简述汽车前轮定位技术在交通运输企业和交通安全检测领域中应用的基础上,阐述了汽车前轮定位检测技术的必要性和可行性。针对目前滑板式汽车侧滑试验台存在检测精度低、重复性差的不足,以滑板为研究对象,依照测量不确定度方法,对求解滑板式汽车侧滑实验台的测试结果不确定度的各种数学参数、误差来源进行了分析,建立了双滑板式汽车侧滑试验台的数学模型,推导出不确定度的计算式。通过对公式中各变量的分析,计算了各变量的不确定度,最后计算出合成不确定度。本研究成果为未来开发性能更可靠、效果更佳的滑板式汽车侧滑实验台提供了一定理论依。
Based on brief introduction to the application of automotive test of wheel alignment in traffic transportation enterprise and traffic safety test system,the necessity and feasibility of automobile test technology of wheel alignment was expounded.Aimed at shortage of lower accuracy and bad repeatability of automobile sideslip tester of sliding plate type,regarded sliding plate as research object,according to the measurement method of automobile sideslipe tester of sliding plate type and assessment way of measurement uncertainty,the mathematical model and error source used to revolve uncertainty of automobile sideslip tester of sliding plate type are analyzed,and a mathematic model for automobile side tester of sliding plate type is developed.The calculation formula is deduced and then each component uncertainty is calculated through analyzing the variable among the procedures.The combined uncertainty is finally obtained by synthesizing the uncertainties of various component variables.The result of this research can provide an theoretical reference for future developement of active automobile sideslip tester of sliding plate type
