摘要 在110 kV变电站采用电源备自投装置来提高供电可靠性,通过分析110 kV电压等级及以下系统中电源备自投装置的闭锁及动作条件,发现电源备自投装置存在盲目合闸的重大缺陷。针对此缺陷深入分析变电站内各种不同故障点的电气特性,论证得出消除此缺陷的策略,这种策略不仅能够准确判断出故障点,而且可在有效范围内隔离故障点,恢复无故障设备的供电,保证了对用户供电的连续性和可靠性。 To improve the supply reliability, automatic backup power device is widely used in 110kV substations. The conditions of blocking and action of this device in systems whose voltage class is no more than 110kV are analyzed in this paper. And the resuh indicates the serious weakness of the automatic bus transfer in blindly closing. Through the analysis of electrical characteristics with different fault points, it is proved that the new approach to eliminate the weakness not only can judge tbe fault points accurately, but also isolate the fault point in an effective scope, restore electricity to fault-free devices, and guarantee the continuity anti reliability of power supply for consumers.
