摘要
煤矿生产过程中使用的提升机是煤矿生产运输中的关键设备,负责井下与地面之间的运输,卷筒是提升机的重要部件之一,分析卷筒的内部应力结构可以有效地减轻卷筒重量,节约成本。对煤矿提升机卷筒设计中的单片机控制进行分析,对提升机卷筒的电子控制流程进行了较为详细的分析,并对卷筒设计和初步应用进行了分析和提出建议。
Coal used in the production process of the hoist is a coal mine production transportation of the key equipments,responsible for underground and of the house of the ground transportation,drum is one of important component of hoist,analysis of the internal stress structure can reel effectively reduce weight reel,the cost savings.This paper will be of the coal mine hoist drum design of the single chip microcomputer control to carry on the analysis,the hoist volume of the electronic control process for a more detailed analysis and design and preliminary application to drum are analyzed and put forward countermeasures.
