摘要
对影响综采工作面设备选型和配套的主要因素进行分析,提出综采设备的选型和配套原则。为实现综采工作面的高产高效采煤,建议采用"六大匹配"设计的联合采煤机组,设备采用"一家一地"设计、配套、生产、服务,使综采成套设备的效能最大程度地发挥,提高设备的可靠性,排除在使用中的风险。
This paper analyzes the main factors affecting the selection and matching of fully mechanized mining equipment,works up the principle of type selection and matching of fully mechanized mining equipment.In order to realize high-yield and high-efficiency coal mining,we suggest adopting the ＂six matching＂ combination cutting-and-conveying unit,The unit is designed,matched,produced and served in the same corporation and workshop,which make the combination cutting-and-conveying unit maximize the efficiency,improve equipment reliability and excluded the risk in using.
