摘要
采用人工接种法,鉴定了供试玉米组合对茎腐病的抗性,并研究了不同抗性组合发病规律。结果表明,32个供试玉米组合中,高抗(HR)和抗(R)的组合数为0;中抗(MR)玉米组合有10C001、91055、91973、91834、92232、93565;感病(S)玉米组合有811884、凤玉854、91146;其余的都是高感(HS)玉米组合。抗病玉米杂交种发病高峰期出现在蜡熟期,比感病杂交种迟半个月左右,减产幅度较小。
The incidence of stalk rot disease on different combinations in maize was studied by using the method of artificial inoculation. The results showed that the number of highly resistant (HR) and resistant (R) were 0 in 32 combinations and the combinations of moderately resistant (MR) were 10C001,91055,91973,91834, 92232,93565; Susceptible (S) combinations were 811884,Fengyu854,91146, and the rest combinations were highly susceptible (HS). At the same time, the research tested the yield loss in susceptible hybrids lower than resistant hybrids because the incidence peak of resistant hybrids which is at stage of wax ripeness is later than that of susceptible hybrids.
