摘要
目的:研究超声波提取法对凤尾草总黄酮的优化作用,确定最佳的工艺条件和参数。方法:利用超声波提取技术,以凤尾草总黄酮含量为指标,以提取温度、提取时间、提取次数、乙醇浓度及料液比5个因素设计正交实验,每个因素设计4个水平,优选凤尾草超声波提取法工艺。结果:最佳工艺条件为提取温度70℃,提取时间20 min,提取次数4次,乙醇浓度80%,料液比为1∶15。结论:该项研究可为凤尾草总黄酮提取工艺提供参考。
Objective: ultrasonic extraction method is used for the optimization function of the total flavonoids in Pteris multifida to determine the optimum technological conditions and parameters. Methods: ultrasonic extrac- tion technology is used with the total flavonoids in Pteris multi.fida, and investigation index, extraction tempera- ture,extraction time, extraction times, ethanol concentration and liquid -to- solid ratio are taken as five investi- gation factors. Orthogonal design method is used as a factor to draw up four levels. Result: The optimum prepa- ration conditions are 70℃ extraction temperature ,20 extraction minutes, 4 extraction times, 80% ethanol concen- tration, 1:15 liquid - to - solid ratio. Conclusion:This study can provide the reference for the extraction technol- ogy of total flavonoids in Pteris multifida.
