摘要
首先运用UG.NX软件对油压缸零件进行实体模型创建,然后根据零件的实体模型,运用Mastercam对此零件进行加工仿真,生成刀具加工路径,并由Mastercam提供的CNC后置处理器产生NC代码。提高了自动加工的技术水平,快速处理相关数据的能力并且缩短了零件生产制造的周期。
UG.NX software is applied firstly in this design to create a solid model for hydraulic cylinder parts,and then the tooling path is generated by the processing and simulation of the tooling path and the physical parts through Mastercam.The NC code is generated through the CNC post-processing provided by Mastercam.This design improves the technical level of automatic processing,fastens data processing ability,and shortens the parts manufacturing cycle.
