摘要
以柴油发动机活塞连杆为研究对象,利用Pro/E软件建立了连杆的三维实体模型,在ANSYS软件中,根据其在实际工况下的边界载荷条件,在连杆内孔上施加余弦分布荷载,研究连杆杆身应力分布状态,为连杆组件的实际设计提供理论参考。
In order to study the diesel piston connecting rod,the 3 D solid model was built in the Pro/E software.The strength analysis was made under the practical loading with ANSYS software,so as to study its stress distribution and provide theoretical reference for innovative design of connecting rod assembly.
