瑞芬太尼诱导剂量在全麻剖宫产术中的效果观察 被引量：6

摘要 目的观察不同剂量瑞芬太尼全身麻醉对产妇及新生儿的影响,探讨瑞芬太尼用于剖宫产的诱导剂量。方法选择足月妊娠伴血小板减少症,拟全麻下行剖宫产术产妇60例。随机分为3组,瑞芬太尼诱导剂量分别为I组1.0μg/kg、Ⅱ组1.5μg/kg、Ⅲ组2.0μg/kg,3组均复合丙泊酚2 mg/kg及顺式阿曲库铵0.15 mg/kg行全麻诱导。结果 I组产妇插管时血流动力学波动较大,与麻醉前相比有明显差异(P<0.05),与Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组相比亦有明显差异(P<0.05);Ⅱ组及Ⅲ组产妇诱导后及插管时血流动力学较为平稳。Ⅲ组新生儿出生后1 min评分明显低于Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组,3组新生儿出生后5 min、10 min评分均>8分,无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论瑞芬太尼用于全身麻醉剖宫产诱导剂量为1.5μg/kg时,对新生儿无明显影响,产妇血流动力学稳定。
