摘要
采用絮凝 -树脂吸附法处理高色度邻硝基苯胺废水 ,比较了不同絮凝剂的处理效果。试验结果表明 ,用硫酸铝作絮凝剂 ,以生石灰作助凝剂 ,加入少量高分子絮凝剂进行絮凝沉降处理 ,然后用 CHA- 10 1树脂进行吸附处理 ,处理后废水色度由≥ 16 0 0 0倍降至 40倍以下 ,COD由≥ 5 0 0 0 mg/L 降至≤ 80 mg/L,p H为 6~
A flocculation-resin adsorption process was used to treat o-nitrophenyl amine wastewater with high colourity and the treatment effects of various flocculants were compared.The experimental results showed that after treatment by flocculation using aluminium sulfate as flocculant,lime as flocculating aids,and adding small amount of polymerized compound;then by adsorption using CHA-101 resin,the colourity of wastewater was reduced from≥16000 dilution ratio to less than 40,COD from≥5000mg/L to ≤80 mg/L ,effluent pH was 6~7.
