摘要
胰岛素抵抗(IR)不仅是2型糖尿病发病的病理生理基础,也是治疗2型糖尿病的关键所在,随着中药在改善胰岛素抵抗方面的研究不断进展,笔者对近几年的研究成果做以下总结。
The insulin resistance （IR） is not only the pathophysiological basis of type 2 diabetes mellitus ,but also the key of treatment for type 2 diabetes mellitus. With the improvement of insulin resistance research of the traditional Chinese medicine advances, we comes to the following summary of some research results in recent years.
