摘要
目的探讨一氧化氮合酶(NOS)的nNOS(神经元型)亚型在戊四氮致癫痫大鼠模型中海马部位的变化情况。方法 PTZ点燃癫痫大鼠,随机分为对照组、PTZ组观察大鼠癫痫发作后的行为学变化,脑电图描记,采用免疫组化,免疫印迹(Western blot)方法检测大鼠海马组织中nNOS表达的影响。结果注射PTZ后大鼠出现癫痫发作。EEG表现为尖、棘波节律。nNOS在癫痫大鼠大脑海马区阳性细胞表达升高。结论 PTZ诱导癫痫发作大鼠海马区内nNOS阳性细胞表达升高,起到致癫痫的作用。
Objective To observe the effect of nNOS in hippocampus of the PTZ--induced epilep- sy model of rats. Methods PTZ was used to evoke chronic epilepsy model. Ethology changes and elec- troencephalography were observed after epileptic seizure, expressions of nNOS were investigated with EEG,Western blot method. Results PTZgroups was significantly different from the control groups (P 〈0.05). Conclusions PTZ can heighten the content of nNOS in the hippocampus rats.
