摘要
利用电镜技术探讨金属离子Co对绿色巴夫藻超微结构的影响。实验结果表明 ,一定浓度的Co可导致细胞色素体肿涨 ,类囊体片层受破坏 ,细胞质膜不完整 ,液泡增多变大 ,核内异染色质增多边聚 ,同时还对线粒体产生不同程度的影响。初步证实Co对藻细胞的两大能量供应系统色素体和线粒体有不同程度的影响 ,使细胞能量供给受限制 ,影响藻正常的生长代谢。
The main object of this work was to study the cell ultrastructure of P.viridis treated with 0 5 mg·L -1 Co, and obtained information for study of the mechanism of heavy metal toxic to algae. The result shown that the pigment bodys were swelled up and photosynthetic lamellae were damaged. The cell membrane was destroyed and the vaculoes became more and swelled. The heterochromatin became more and distributed on the inner side of nuclears membrane and the mitochondria were influenced at different extent. This work has proofed that two cell energy supply systems in the pigment bodys and mitochondria were affected in the different extent by Co, and the cell energy supply was restricated, so the growth of algae was influenced.
