摘要
在全国“八五”福建省土地资源遥感调查数据基础上 ,结合当地社会经济统计数据 ,采用主成分分析综合评价模型分别计算土地生产率、土地利用程度、土地投入强度和土地利用集约度。结果表明 ,分布在东部沿海平原地区的县土地生产率高 ,而分布在内陆丘陵地区的县土地生产率低。用相关分析法分析得出土地生产率与土地利用程度、土地投入强度成正相关 。
Land use productivity ratio that reflects economic effect of agricultural technology is a combined index of land economic evaluation.According to remotely sensed land resources data and social economic statistical data of 51 counties in Fujian Province during the national 9th Five Year Plan period,18 indexes were selected and land economic evaluation index was established.Compared with principal component analysis (PCA) model,the principal component synthesis evaluation model can calculate the synthesis index by taking individual synthesis index's contributive rate as weight.The principal component synthesis evaluation model was used to calculate land use productivity ratio,land use exploitation extent,land use input extent and land use intensive extent.The results showed that county level land use productivity ratio in east plain area along the coast is higher than that hilly area of the inland.Using the relative analysis method,the correlated coefficients between land use productivity ratio and land use exploitation extent,land use input extent and land use intensive extent are gained to be 0 9492, 0 796 and -0 7786 respectively.
