摘要
星载有源安装板是星载有源相控阵合成孔径雷达中的关键结构件,其在加工和成型过程中易出现翘曲和厚度不一致等问题,对有源安装板的精度有极大影响。针对某星载有源安装板加工难度大的问题,文中从零件加工和胶粘成型方面分析其技术难点,通过对不同加工和成型方法、工艺参数、装夹方式及模具形式进行对比研究,确定了合理的制造工艺流程,优化了制造工艺参数,从而有效控制了零件的加工变形,提高了胶粘成型质量,保证了该有源安装板的成型精度。
The satellite-borne fixing-board is a key structural part of the space-borne synthetic aperture radar. Problems of warping and thickness inconsistence easy to occur during the machining and molding process have a great effect on the accuracy of the satellite-borne fixing-board. For the difficult process problem of the satel- lite-borne fixing-board, the difficult technical points are analyzed in this paper from part process and stick molding. The reasonable manufacture process flow is established and the manufacture process parameters are optimized after comparison of different manufacture molding methods, the process parameters and the modes of clamping and die. As a result, process deform of the part is effectively controlled, the stick molding quality is improved and the molding accuracy of this fixing-board is guaranteed.
