食管鳞癌组织中Ki-67和nm23的表达及其临床意义 被引量:6

Expressions of Ki-67 and nm23 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and their clinical significance

摘要 目的:探讨Ki-67与nm23在食管鳞癌组织中的表达及其与癌组织分化、侵袭、转移的关系,以及Ki-67与nm23在组织中表达的相关性。方法:用免疫组化SP法对175例食管鳞癌组织中Ki-67与nm23进行检测。结果:175例食管鳞癌组织中,Ki-67阳性表达98例(56.0%),nm23阳性表达137例(78.3%)。Ki-67蛋白表达与食管癌淋巴结转移及病理分期有关(P<0.05),淋巴结转移者明显高表达(75.7%),无淋巴结转移者明显低表达(24.3%);食管癌TNM分期Ⅲ、Ⅳ期组织中,其高表达率明显高于低表达者。nm23蛋白表达与食管癌淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),淋巴结转移者明显低表达(42.9%),无淋巴结转移者明显高表达(83.6%)。食管癌组织中Ki-67蛋白低表达与nm23高表达之间有明显相关性。结论:Ki-67蛋白高表达与nm23蛋白低表达可能与食管鳞状细胞癌浸润转移过程关系密切,Ki-67和nm23蛋白表达的检测有助于判断患者的预后。 Objective: To study the relationship between expression of Ki-67,nm23 and differentiation,invasiveness and metastasis in human esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,and the correlation between expression of Ki-67 and nm23.Methods: Expression of Ki-67 and nm23 in 175 patients with squamous cell carcinoma of esophagus were detected by using immunohistochemical SP methods.Results: Ninety-eight cases(56.0%) and 137 cases(78.3%) with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma were positive in the examination of Ki-67 protein and nm23 protein,respectively.The expression of Ki-67 protein was related to lymph nodes metastasis and TNM stage of esophageal carcinoma(P〈0.05).The patients with lymph node metastasis had very higher expression of Ki-67(75.7%) but the patients with out lymph node metastasis had lower expression(24.3%).The expression of Ki-67 protein was high in the higher stage of esophageal carcinoma.The expression of nm23 was related to lymph node metastasis(P〈0.05).The expression of nm23 was lower in patients with lymph node metastasis(42.9%)but was higher in patients with out lymph node metastasis negative(83.6%).There was corretalion between low expression of Ki-67 and the high expression of nm23.Conclusions: High expression of Ki-67 and low expression of nm23 play an important role in the progression of squamous cell carcinoma of esophagus.Ki-67 and nm23 may be a gene marker in the prediction of patients prognosis.
