摘要
通过分析氧化锆的热膨胀行为和相变特征 ,对改善氧化锆陶瓷材料抗热震性的途径进行了探讨。重点讨论了利用相变提高氧化锆材料抗热震性能的方法 ,并给出了实验结果。在所提到的改善氧化锆材料抗热震性的三种方法中 ,都不是以牺牲材料的致密度为代价的。
In this paper,three various routes improving thermal shock resistance of zirconia materials were discussed in terms of their expansion behaviours and phase transformation.Special attention was paid to the improvement of thermal shock resistance by phase transformation,and the corresponding experimental results were presented.All these routes were not at the expense of the densities of the materials,which probably suggested a tendency for high temperature materials.
