摘要
目的:通过统计近百年的相关临床文献来分析总结针刺治疗尿路结石的取穴、组方规律。方法:查阅中国期刊全文数据库从1911年到2011年11月已公开发表并收录的关于针灸治疗尿路结石的临床文献,对相关穴位的使用频次、归经情况及组方规律等进行统计分析。结果:纳入的41篇文献中,针灸治疗尿路结石涉及8条经脉的27个穴位、41个处方,其中只有肾俞、三阴交、足三里、膀胱俞等6个穴位使用频次超过10%,以1-4个穴位为组方的文献占81.82%,膀胱经、肾经和任脉居穴位经脉归属的前三位。结论:针灸治疗尿路结石的取穴组方仍然困守于经验囹圄,但繁乱的经验中也有一定的规律。

Conclusion The acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of urinary calculi with experience in acupoint groups remain a small niche for imprisoned, but stir in experience has a certain trend.
