关木通及其炮制品马兜铃酸A含量对比研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的考察关木通药材及其炮制品中马兜铃酸A的含量变化。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱Lichrospher-C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-1%冰醋酸溶液(70:30),流速1.0mL.min-1,检测波长为250nm。柱温为35℃。结果醋炙、碱制及盐炙3种炮制品中马兜铃酸A的含量均较生品有所降低,并且碱制后的炮制品降低率最高。结论这3种炮制方法能够降低关木通中马兜铃酸A的含量,达到降低毒性的目的。对关木通毒性成分应予以足够的重视,可通过科学炮制降低毒性。 Objective To research the content changes of Aristolochic Acid-A from Caulis Aristolochiae Manshuriensis and its processed products. Method Chromatographic assay was performed on Lichrospher-C18 column (4.6mm × 250mm, 5μm) with methanol-0.1%glacial a cetic acid solution (70:30) as mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0mL/min and the detection wave length was set at 250nm, the column temperature was 35℃. Result The content of Aristolochie Acid-A was lower in Vinegar alkali and salt processed products than in crude drugs, and the reduction rate of the alkali processed products was the highest. The three processed method can reduce the content of Aristolochic Acid-A, and achieve the aim of reducing the toxicity. We should attach great importance to the renal toxicity Caulis Aristolochiae Manshuriensis; however, the toxicity can be reduced through scientific processed.
