摘要
重油催化装置再生器器壁焊缝附近多处出现贯穿性裂纹 ,其成因为应力腐蚀开裂。通过振动时效处理以降低焊缝残余应力 ,可避免应力腐蚀开裂的产生。因容器质大体高 ,采用 4点振动 ,加大主振力 ,减小附振力 ,延长振动时间的处理工艺。测试表明 ,新焊缝无论在垂直方向还是在平行方向的残余应力均降低了 50 %以上。大型工件采用振动时效处理降低焊缝残余应力效果显著 ,并可大大缩短检修工期。一年多以来设备运行正常。
Cracks occur near the weld seams in the wall of a regenerator for heavy oil catalysis owing to stress corrosion cracking. Vibration aging can reduce the residual stress and avoid corrosion cracking. Four point vibration is adopted with an increase of principal vibrating force and decrease of auxiliary vibrating force, and prolongation of vibration time. Test shows the residual stress in the seam is reduced by 50% after vibration aging, and the regenerator runs normally for one year.
