摘要
介绍美国静疗护士资格认证组织实施静疗护士专业化管理的经验,并分析其取得的效果,结合目前国内静疗护士管理现状,从静疗护士资格认证、建立输液实践标准、规划职业培训角度对国内静疗护士专业化管理展开分析,为改善护理服务质量,提高患者满意度提供理论依据。
We reviewed American infusion nurses specialized management experience of Intravenous Nurses Certification Corporation （INCC）, and analyzed its effect The qualification of intravenous nurses, practice standard and vocational training were analyzed and discussed based on the current situation in China. It would provide theoretical basis for improving nursing care quality and patients＇ satisfaction.
